The Restaurant

The restaurant of the Le Jardin Hotel overlooks the garden and the pool.
To excite and satisfy the gastronomic pleasure of our patrons a menu covering a 15-days period is made available to the guests of Le Jardin every other week offering a wide choice of appetisers, first and second courses and desserts.

Fresh food , fruits and vegetables directly from producer to consumer, thanks to the locally cultivated produce, fish directly from the fishermen right on the beach enable the cooks of Le Jardin to prepare simple but very tasty and refined dishes.

Buffet breakfast and a choice between lunch and dinner « à la carte »..
A typical animation show with local Madagascan buffet to ensure that our guests try and enjoy the tasty local cuisine, with Rice, the traditional staple food of Madagascar, but also meat, fish and vegetables without forgetting delicious desserts, you’ll never forget.

A « souvenir d’Italie » style evening with music and food reminding of the « Bel Paese »….. but without forgetting that we are in Madagascar and therefore willing to try Italian style cuisine with a touch of Madagascan flavour thanks to the products coming directly from our garden.
The dining room staff will cordially talk to our guests in Italian and/or French to assist them in making a selection of food and wine.

On request a waiter will be at your service for a special romantic dinner on your terrace to serve crustaceans or other special delicacies.

The Le Jardin Hotel was awarded the « Tourisme Durable année 2011-2012 » ertification. In full respect of the environment the Corail Noir Hotel abides by the ministerial stop declared on fishing and the minimum weight limitation set for the sale of crustaceans species and of fish in general.
